Motivation:

I really like paint.

I like a brushstroke that has life in it.

I love that a really fantastic brushstroke can reveal a place or feeling, instead of just covering the canvas.

I go nuts for a truly great lithograph.

There is something captivating about the grainy effect of a black line from a lithograph.

A lithograph plate printed by the hands of a true professional can rival even the most sublime painting.  And that is saying quite a bit, because as you remember, I really like paint.

I find great pleasure in preserving and displaying personal treasures,

and have done so for 12 years in Tucson.

Your family’s story can be told in the artifacts you’ve collected, whether a painting by your great uncle of the family homestead back in Ohio, or a series of photographs of your daughter’s first time playing goalkeeper.  I’d like not only to preserve those items for you to be enjoyed by the next generation, but also make them look fantastic now with framing designed just for you.
